1. SMS / text messaging privacy
When you agree to receive text messages from Laila Veronez Realtor (by texting our business number first, or by giving us your mobile number and your express consent during a conversation with our team), your mobile number and the record of that consent are used only to send you the messages you asked for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS delivery provider and our customer-service software, is permitted solely to deliver and manage those messages. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

2. Who is responsible

3. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, and the channel you used (SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, our property pages).
- Conversation content: the messages exchanged with our team, so we can follow up on your home search.
- Home-search preferences you share: budget, areas of interest, timing, financing situation.
- Technical data on our property pages: page visited, approximate device type, referrer.
4. Why we use it
- To answer you and follow up on your home search, showings and financing steps.
- To schedule and remind you of appointments you asked for.
- To keep the legal records required of a Florida real estate licensee.
We use software with artificial intelligence to draft replies and organize conversations. A person from our team reviews and is responsible for what is sent to you.
5. Who we share with
Only with service providers that help us operate — messaging and SMS delivery, email, cloud hosting and database, calendar and video-call tools — under contracts that limit them to providing those services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party behavioral advertising (California residents: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information under the CCPA/CPRA). Mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing (see section 1).
6. Where the data lives and for how long
Data is processed and stored on servers in the United States and Canada. We keep conversations and contact records while our relationship lasts and for up to 5 years after the last contact, as required by Florida brokerage record-keeping rules; completed-transaction records are kept for the legally required period.
7. Your rights
- Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion (see Data deletion) — done within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent and stop messages at any time: reply STOP on SMS or WhatsApp, or write to us on any channel.

8. Security and children
Access to our systems is restricted to our team, with individual logins and encrypted connections. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes and contact
