1. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: Laila Veronez Realtor — home-buyer conversational SMS.
Program description: one-to-one text messages between you and our team about your home search in the Orlando, Florida area — qualification questions, appointment confirmations and reminders for video calls and home showings, financing next steps, and occasional follow-ups. This is a conversational program; we do not send bulk marketing blasts.
How to opt in: you can opt in (a) by texting our business number +1 (689) 219-6137 first, or (b) by providing your mobile number to our team during a conversation and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from Laila Veronez Realtor. Your consent is recorded with date and time before any message is sent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message frequency: varies depending on your conversation with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed; you will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. You may also unsubscribe by writing to contact@lailaveronezrealtor.com.

2. What these terms are
These terms govern the use of the Laila Veronez Realtor messaging service — conversations on SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and email — and the property pages we publish. By contacting us, you agree to them.

4. The service
We provide guidance to people who want to buy, sell or finance a home in the Orlando area. The service combines an automated assistant with our human team. The assistant identifies itself as such, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. Nothing we send is legal, tax or lending advice; financing figures are estimates subject to lender approval.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only phone numbers you are authorized to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass anyone.
6. Availability and liability
The service depends on third-party platforms (carriers, SMS, WhatsApp, Meta, email providers) and may be unavailable due to maintenance or failures outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Termination, changes, governing law
You may stop using the service at any time (reply STOP). We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
